Interested citizens must complete a "Citizens' Police Academy Application" and allow a Background Investigation to check for criminal history. You may fill out the application by

• downloading the application (Adobe PDF*), or
• call (954) 602-4351 and ask to have the application mailed or faxed to you, or
• pick the form up at:
